MICHELLE VALERIANO – FOUNDER & CEO

Michi Valeriano has over 10 years of broadcast experience, including being a model, VJ, and video producer since the age of 21. She has hosted Filipino TV shows for more than 7 years, including the Filipino Channel, which is seen by over a million people in 10 countries. In 1999, she co-founded and was Artistic Director for Kitchen Sync Media in Manila, a video production company. That same year, she won the Gawad-CCP Award for Best Video Feature.

In 2003 she relocated to the United States and spent the next five years managing corporate marketing projects for some of the fastest-growing start-up companies in the Bay Area.

She brings her unique perspective, her network of professionals, and a passion for creative marketing to every project.

DANIELLE LIM – WEB DESIGN

Award-winning art director Danielle Lim is one of the senior directors in design and interactive advertising at J. Walter Thompson. She graduated with a Master’s in Fine Arts from San Francisco’s Academy of the Art University in 2006 and honed her love for typography and interactive design in some of the city’s best boutique ad agencies.

She has since moved back to the Philippines to bring her distinctive style and innovative eye to her agency’s top accounts – such as Nokia, The Manila Hotel, Johnson & Johnson’s, and Adobo Magazine. She continues to take on Ampliphi Media projects, sharing her global vision and creative spark with each client.

VICTORIA MONTILLA – PRINT

Victoria began her design career at Forty Forty Agency in 2004, as a fresh graduate of the Academy of Art University. In only two years she was promoted to Senior Designer and was the lead designer for clients such as Keen Footwear, Sellers Markets, Pomodoro, Major League Soccer and Williams Energy.

Victoria’s expertise is in developing brand and identities, advertisements, collateral pieces, websites, tradeshow graphics and interior design consultation. Working in a small studio agency for 6 years has provided the best environment to enhance skills as a graphic designer and as a project manager. She brings this unique perspective to her role in Ampliphi Media.

JOSH HOOVER – VIDEO

Josh Hoover of Blank Tape Productions has been producing, capturing and editing high quality video for over almost a decade.

In 2004, Josh directed 2 seasons of live sketch comedy show Seriously Unusual Television Network (broadcast on KRON and UPN). This led him to opportunities in the realm of feature film, where he was associate producer on “Everyday Black Man” (a 2008 feature starring Omari Hardwick). He is currently the producer for “Daily Grind,” a short independent comedy set for release late 2009.

A true Renaissance man, Josh is also lead saxophonist for the band My Peoples and an avid swing, salsa and lindy-hop dancer. He lives with his wife Val in San Francisco.
